The Data Controller is, pursuant to Art. 4, par. 7, the single-member private limited liability company NUOVA MEC.EUR S.r.l., with registered office in MILAN at Viale Regina Margherita 30, Tax Code/VAT Number 08030880960.
This policy statement is also based on Recommendation No 2/2001 which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, grouped by Art. 29 of Directive 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for online collection of personal data, such as, for example, the methods, times and nature of the information that the data controllers have to provide to Users when they visit web pages, regardless of the purpose of their visit. 


Types of data processed


1)    Browsing data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but which, by its very nature, could allow Users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.   

This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users connecting to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, time of the request, method used to send the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code showing the status of the response data from the server (successful outcome, error, etc.), and other parameters regarding the User’s operating system and computer environment

2.    Purpose of processing and legal basis 


Your personal data is processed, without the need for your specific consent (Art. 6.1, letters b) and c) of the GDPR), for the following service purposes: 
a.    to permit registration on the Website, which is necessary in order to provide and manage the various services offered;
b.    to permit the User to place orders for products or services on the Website;
c.    to provide assistance and reply to Users’ questions regarding purchased products;

Your personal data is subjected to both hard-copy and electronic and/or automated processing.
Data pursuant to point 2 will be retained for the entire duration of the contract and for a further 10 years after completion of the service. 

4. Categories of personal data processed 


In addition to personal data provided directly by users (such as name, surname, postal address, e-mail address, password, age, date of birth, sex, picture, profession, etc.) while connected to the Website, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate the said Website automatically and indirectly acquire certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g., IP addresses or domain names of computers used by Users connecting to the Website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, time of the request, method used to send the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code showing the status of the response data from the server, and other parameters regarding the User’s operating system and computer environment).

Retention period


The Data Controller will retain your data for the entire period necessary in order to fulfil the contract and for a further 10 years after completion of the transaction.

In order to fulfil the purposes indicated in points 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of this Policy Statement, using the methods described in the previous paragraph, we may communicate your data to:

-    Insurance companies;
-    Public bodies and administrative systems of the Public Administration;
